Before you write
Bug reports
None of these apps collect analytics or send crash reports anywhere, which is deliberate — but it means we genuinely cannot see what happened. What you were doing just before it went wrong is the most useful thing you can send.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so we cannot cancel or refund one for you. Manage or cancel any subscription in your Apple Account settings, and request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong on our side, write anyway and we will help.
Feature requests
Welcome, and read properly. The most useful ones describe the situation you were in rather than the feature you have in mind — that usually leads somewhere better than the original idea.
